You've done all the planning, now let me make sure all of your details and hard work come to life. Our simplest and most budget friendly package, for those that need no additional planning help.

Please, let me explain why there is no such thing as a "Day of Coordinator" and how beneficial it is to have someone available just a touch longer than "just for the day".

Partial Planning
Have you started the planning process, booked a few vendors and need additional help with other challenges that wedding planning brings on? Let's customize a packages that fits your needs. Consultation on additional vendors, table design, finalizing your decorations and making sure that all the details are executed on the big day.
Different package pricing depends on the amount of planning help interested in.

Full Planning
This package might be for the bride that works a lot or that doesn't have the time or energy to put into the planning process. I will take care of everything from complete vendor communication to setting up all meetings, setting up room blocks, decoration, rentals. Help with rehearsal dinner and/or brunch the next morning. Keeping track of budget, checklists and making sure that you and your fiance fully enjoy the planning process. Without a stress or care. You can help with the planning process as much or as little as you would like with this package.

Decor Rentals.
We also have a large array of rentals available. From calligraphy and signage (acrylic, mirrors, vintage mirrors, wood signage, copper piping), farm tables, sweetheart tables, sweetheart chairs, arbors, lawn games, many many to choose from. At the moment we only rent to our couples. However will soon open rentals to other couples out there.

Gianna was everything my wife and I hoped for when we hired a wedding coordinator. She checks every box. To put simply, every detail of the wedding, big and small was accounted for in the planning. The day-of execution was as flawless as the planning. Furthermore, as I am sure every couple is, we had things we wanted/requested/asked for our wedding that we were not sure if were possible... I am positive that "no" or "can't", did not come out of Gianna's mouth one time. Every request was greeted with a heck-yes and a smile. I cannot say enough amazing things about Gianna! As wedding photographers, my husband and I have been working with her for years, but didn't understand just HOW VALUABLE and HOW MUCH goes on behind the scenes until she coordinated our very own wedding this July. Meet the Planner

My love for love started at a young age, when my dad started his catering company "Gregory's" I was a wee little girl who helped wash dishes and pick up trash at the end of weddings and events. Professionally, I have been in the wedding industry for over 20 years. I started as a busser/server at a country club where weddings were our main source of Saturday night
shifts, from there, I followed Antonio Ayestaran into the catering world and was the Event Coordinator for his business for almost 9 years.
During the last decade and a half, I have learned the ins and outs of weddings. I have seen and learned a lot about how weddings can go incredibly smoothly, (and learned from a few) what don’t work as well. Being on the back end of weddings, working with Antonio, I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity of working over seventy events a year, this experience has allowed me to really see the way a wedding should be run.
With a small background in the art world, I spent my college years in design and color theory classes as an art minor. With a creative mind and a knack for detail, I am able to help from the very beginning in the planning process or jumping in wherever help is needed.
I absolutely LOVE weddings! I love meeting clients that shortly turn into friends. It is a blessing to call this a career, where I can watch love happen before my eyes every weekend. With exceptional customer service, incredible organizational skills, wonderful relationships with some of the best vendors in our area and extensive knowledge about events, I absolutely LOVE what I do. It isn't just about coordinating or planning a day, it is about making lasting memories for the most unforgettable day of your lives.
With support of a loving, caring husband and being a mama to two of the sweetest little ladies, I know the importance of family and love. I am so grateful that I have the two best jobs in the world, as a wedding planner and mama.
