The Edit
Wedding Management
The Edit is the essential, grounded finish for the couple who has handled the planning but wants a professional to secure the final execution. I step in during the final months to act as the anchor for your logistics and the director of your details.
My role is to refine your hard work, taking over vendor communication, final timelines, and floor plan management. On the day of, I am the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring every moving part stands strong and flows effortlessly. I handle the behind-the-scenes complexities so that your only responsibility is to be fully present and stay in the moment.

There is only one level to the Edit, The Edit is our essential, grounded foundation for the couple who plans their own journey but desires professional infrastructure to ensure a seamless finish. Unlike traditional day-of coordination, our partnership begins early on with an Onboarding Session to establish your unique planning process from the start.
At our first meeting, I introduce your Curated Planning Portal—a hand-selected digital workspace we begin filling together. This workspace serves as your organizational home base, equipped with the specialized tools you need to manage your budget, fine-tune your vision, and track vendor bookings with confidence.
We reunite for a Final Directives Meeting traditionally scheduled 4–6 weeks before your big day. Depending on your needs, this may include a final onsite walkthrough or a strategic meeting with your venue manager to secure the technical details.
The Hand-Off & Execution:
One week before the wedding, we’ll have a final check-in. At this point, I take over all vendor communication, providing them with pertinent details and confirming arrival times. From the rehearsal to the final toast, I act as the lead director. On the wedding day, I manage vendor load-in, place your personal decor items, and ensure the catering and venue staff have a clear vision for your details. I oversee the timeline we’ve created together, directing every element through the end of the night. We handle the final cleanup of your personal items so that the only thing you have to do is show up in love and let us know who is taking the treasures home.Investment starts at $2,750 (Midweek) | $2,950 (Fri/Sat)

Partial Planning
Our true partnership. We meet in the middle to refine your vision, combining your ideas with professional resources to build a cohesive, intentional plan. Each of the below packages are an add- on to the initial package “The Edit”

A 5 hour additional plan with a focused session to refine your vision. Whether you need a professional eye on your budget, a vendor deep-dive, or a design refresh, we’ll spend an additional five hours together cleaning up the details so you can move forward with confidence. In addition to our collaborative work hours, this tier includes a Mid-Process Alignment Meeting to ensure your planning remains on track and intentional. To provide total peace of mind, you’ll also have an enhanced layer of support through direct email and text access, giving you a professional sounding board for those "wild" ideas or quick questions that arise along the way. We’ll clean up the complexities together, so you can move forward with total confidence.

The 10 hour collection is designed for the couple who has established their foundation but wants a professional partner to help refine the mid-stage details. This package provides 10 hours of dedicated consultation time to be used however you need most—whether it's sourcing unique design elements, providing more guidance with vendor selections or reviewing vendor contracts in more detail.
As your planning partner, I provide the specialized expertise to bridge any gaps in your process. We’ll use these hours to ensure every moving part is aligned, keeping the focus on your unscripted vision while I handle the logistical heavy lifting. It is the perfect balance of your creative control and my professional direction.
To ensure a seamless flow, this tier includes two additional alignment meetings—strategic check-ins traditionally scheduled at key milestones in your planning process. You will also have an enhanced layer of support with direct email and text access, providing you with a consistent professional sounding board for questions, ideas, and refinements as they arise. We’ll navigate the complexities together, balancing rock-solid logistics with creative oversight to ensure every detail remains true to your story.

The Partnership is our most collaborative tier, 20 hours of dedicated support, designed for the couple who wants to be hands-on with their planning but desires a professional curator to walk alongside them. We have the space to dive deep into both the logistics and the aesthetic of your day.
These hours are yours to use as the planning process evolves—whether that means, managing complex vendor communications, or joining you for additional onsite walkthroughs. I act as your lead advisor, providing the structure and creative oversight needed to ensure every decision feels intentional and every detail remains true to your story. We tackle the middle of the journey together, so you can transition into your wedding month feeling completely prepared.
To ensure every element is perfectly aligned, this package is executed with four additional strategic meetings. These can be utilized however fits your journey best—whether through video chats, phone consultations, or onsite walkthroughs to visualize the flow of your day in person. Throughout the process, you’ll have an enhanced layer of support with direct email and text access, ensuring I am with you at every turn. The Signature is our most comprehensive, high-touch experience—designed for the couple who wants to remain fully present while we handle every detail from the ground up.
As your curator, I oversee the entirety of your wedding journey, from initial concept and venue selection (if needed) to vendor management and floor-plan design. This package is about creating a cohesive, immersive environment through a dual focus: I provide the rock-solid infrastructure required for a seamless event and the artistic direction needed to tell your personal story.
From the first spark of inspiration to the final dance, I am your lead advocate and partner. I manage the complexity of the planning process so that the entire experience feels effortless, intentional, and entirely yours.
